It follows a group of military superhumans consisting of a human leader, a werewolf, a vampire, Frankenstein’s monster and a gorgon.
Gunn then greenlit the project himself when he became the CEO of DC Studios
Writer and series creator James Gunn appears in the opening credits with a laptop while writing the script.

This was the best start to a new franchise ever, with an unknown cast full of misfits there’s no doubt it would be bad, this was definitely an adventure you’d want to see again and again, James Gunn has clearly established himself as the king of comic book adaptations, even the team, who should have been for WW2 but this time I am forever indebted to him for more of his amazing work and mind, I can’t wait to see what he has in store, giving us true DC justice no doubt I will be front row at the cinema and on my chair at home James Gunn if you see this, I’m there 100% #DCUFOREVER..
