Big Nick is back on the hunt in Europe and is getting closer to Donnie, who is embroiled in the underworld of diamond thieves and the infamous Panther mafia, as they plan a major heist of the world’s largest diamond exchange. Gerard Butler stated in an interview that the film will have a more European feel, and the action will take place in the diamond district of Marseilles this time. Brotherhood of Thieves (2018) follows.
