Vintage rustic Native American Old Pawn Fred Harvey repousse stampwork brooch

Utterly fabulous! Old, rustic, and so much history. A solid 925 sterling silver flower or sunburst handmade Native American Fred Harvey Era piece with repousse concho center with long almond petals or rays. Repousse is the method of decorating metals in which parts of the design are raised in relief from the back or the inside of the article by means of hammers and punches; definition and detail can then be added from the front by chasing or engraving. There is also stunning stampwork. Deep, amazing, warm patina! Defintely leaving the patina on for this piece. A dent on one side, really not noticable when worn. No stamps as typical of older pieces like this, but does test as sterling silver and is guaranteed. Price is FIRM.
